I am a compassionate and approachable Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist, who is committed to creating a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to be yourself. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you with warmth, curiosity, and understanding as we navigate your unique journey together.
Whether you’re facing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I’m here to help you uncover your strengths and support you with working toward your goals. My approach focuses on relationships, especially our relationship with ourselves, the therapist relationship, and our relationships with others in life such as partners, family, and colleagues. Using evidence-based approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused techniques, I tailor our work to your needs, always respecting your experiences and values. I work with adults (ages 16+), and at this time I am not providing therapy to couples, families, or those younger than 16 years of age.
